Our Meats- Beef, Pork and Chicken are PREMIUM, because they are raised that way on our farm and other local Walworth County Producers’ farms Our livestock are pasture raised and rotationally grazed on lush pastures of alfalfa, Italian RyeGrass, Orchard Grass, and Clovers. We grow our own winter feed that is free of pesticides and chemicals. All livestock sold at the market meets our stringent protocol for healthy and humane raising. Meats sold our market come from animals that are raised free of hormones, growth promotants and anti-biotics. Our beef grades Prime or High Choice by USDA Inspectors. It is dry aged, comes fresh to the Market weekly and is cut by our Chef and trained staff to order. We are known for our Signature Steaks, Burgers, Italian Beef and Meatballs.
